Membership Terms and Conditions
(A) Membership
1. Applications are opened to all Nationality.
2. All membership is based on a yearly renewal basis, members are required to renew before membership expiry. Should you fail to renew your membership, it will automatically be terminated.
3. MyTeruTeruBozu reserves the right to send catalogs or other promotional literatures, electronically or by mail to a member at its own discretion.
4. Selection of the MyTeruTerubozu members will be at the sole discretion of MyTeruTeruBozu. MyTeruTerubozu reserves the right to review, change the status and terminate a membership of MyTeruTeruBozu member without notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
5. Members will be notified in writing for renewal upon expiry of membership. In the event of lost of postage, members are responsible for renewal at our retail shop or via online.
(B) GENERAL
1. You are not allow to do anything that abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, if not MyTeruTeruBozu may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned and yourself will own legal responsibility.
2. You may not be carried out against the reputation of others, privacy, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, patents and other effective laws, if not MyTeruTeruBozu may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned and yourself will own legal responsibility.
3. All your registered info must be truth and once we found that any of the information you provided are false, we have right to immediately and permanently banned your membership.
4. You are agreed that registered your personal information into our member data base. MyTeruTeruBozu wouldn’t give your data to any other person before ask your permission. But in case of accident happen that make your data lost or being stolen, society will not take responsible.
5. Personal data that you provided in member registered form you agree to MyTeruTeruBozu based on “Privacy Policy” to collect your personal information and use
6. MyTeruTeruBozu have right to change or add new rules anytime and members should be follow and co-operated with us.
7. Member is required to refer the English version of terms & conditions if any discrepancy is found in the Chinese translation and the English version takes precedent over the Chinese version.
8. Only upon the agreement of the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement, that you are eligible to be considered as a member of MyTeruTeruBozu.
